We are a husband and wife team who have owned chihuahuas since 2006. We are a military family that includes three children ages 9, 10 and 12, all who love animals and have a large part in raising and socializing our four-legged family. We've been owned by dogs since 1993, much bigger dogs, until now. We've owned border collies and border collies mixes, and presently have a greyhound, Beauty, who we rescued in 2004. We had cats until spring of 2007 when our 19 year old Portia sadly crossed over Rainbow Bridge! In our past we fostered for the SPCA, our local animal shelter, so we were often the temporary home for puppy mill rescues, mother cats, and any number of kittens! We gave this up for the health and safety of our puppies but spend many hours at the animal shelter just to cuddle some of the animals.

We have spent years in obedience lessons and agility training to promote the happiness and compatibility of our dogs. Busy dogs are happy dogs and well trained dogs make happy humans! Our animals, as I'm sure you can tell, are a part of our family! They are therefore raised in our home under foot, on laps, in playpens, camping, under blankets and anywhere else they can get to, including into our hearts. It is our hope to help place these bundles of joy into your heart and home, as part of your family.
